    II Marine Expeditionary Force   

    Marines and sailors with the 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade conduct combat casualty care training with Norwegian soldiers at Rena, Norway, Feb. 17, 2016. The U.S. service members make up the shock trauma squad, which is designed to provide expedient medical care to wounded troops in a field setting. Both nations will participate in Exercise Cold Response 16, which brings together 12 NATO allies and partner nations and more than 16,000 troops in order to build joint crisis response capabilities in cold weather environments.
