The 15th Civil Support Team, Vermont National Guard, performed an airlift operation from South Burlington, Vermont to Carolina, Puerto Rico in order to conduct their 18-month training proficiency evaluation. This is to the best of their knowledge the first time a team has airlifted to perform a TPE. The unit did the mission in six days and was determined to be fully trained and fully mission capable.
