Angela Langley, healthcare specialist with 399th Combat Support Hospital, talks about how MEDRETE 16-1 expanded her African Horizons experiences in Dakar, Senegal, Jan. 18-29, 2016. Langley and other members of the U.S. Army Reserve are in partnership with the Senegalese Defense Force to conduct a U.S. Army Africa Medical Readiness Training Exercise, from Jan. 18-29.
