An MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew from U. S. Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City, N.C., hoists a woman found unconcious Monday, Feb. 1, 2016, off the cruise ship Norwegian Breakaway 230 miles east of Cape Hatteras, N.C.
