A Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew hoists a swimmer in distress who reportedly suffered a leg injury near Cape Lookout State Park in Ore., Dec. 26, 2015.
The aircrew worked with Tillamook Fire Department to rescue the 18-year-old man, and transferred him to emergency medical service personnel in the Cape Lookout State Park parking lot.
