The crews of a Coast Guard rescue helicopter and a Puerto Rico Police marine unit rescue five people from rough waters in Puerto Rico's northern coast, just off the Mar Chiquita Beach rock cliff in Manati, Dec. 14, 2015. Rescued are three Kazakhstanis, two women and a man, who reportedly were caught in a strong rip current while swimming and along with two other men, U.S. citizens, who had dove into the water to render assistance. The two other men, one of them an off-duty Coast Guardsman, reached and assisted the swimmers until Coast Guard and Puerto Rico Police rescue units arrived on scene and completed the rescue.
