U.S. Soldiers of E Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Aviation Regiment (Attack Reconnaissance) conduct first aid and casualty evacuation training Dec. 3, 2015, at Katterbach Army Airfield. The Soldiers utilized the "Ultimate Hurt Man Manikin" to practice how to control bleeding, treat fractures and evacuate casualties using various buddy-carrying and litter techniques.
