Staff Sgt. Michael Tkachenko was first in line for a chance to win a lottery seat with Operation Toy Drop. 500 seats were given out as part of the lottery and about 960 Soldiers were in line to get them. SSG Tkachenko got in line about 25 hours before the actual time they let him in the following day.
