The 12FTW held an open house Nov 13, 2015 at the Seguin Auxiliary Airfield to thank the citizens of Seguin, Texas for the support the community provides. The 12th Flying Training Wing has used Seguin Auxiliary Airfield to help pilots qualify to become instructors since the 1940’s. The partnership between the city of Seguin and Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph insures ensures practice patterns and landings will continue unabated at the airfield; crucial training that teaches prospective Air Force pilots to how to fly, fight and win.
