The new commander of Pennsylvania Air National Guard 193rd Special Operations Wing serves as a dual-status commander. Col. Benjamin (Mike) Cason is the third active duty Airman to serve as an Air National Guard commander. Brig. Gen. Tony Carrelli, commander, Pennsylvania Air National Guard, endorses Cason.
