Louisiana National Guard Capt. Andrew Gremillion being presented the Soldier's Medal, the highest award for non-combat heroism, at the Armed Forces Reserve Center in Baton Rouge, La. In February 2014, Gremillion took immediate action to rescue and save a person from a partially submerged vehicle.
