Members of the 433rd Airlift Wing's Aeromedical Evacuation squadron participate in training to reconfigure and use C-5 Galaxy aircrafts for patient transport. The 433rd AES will save the Air Force 1.9 million dollars annually, by utilizing the Wing's aircraft instead of requisitioning other air frames to complete their training.
