℠2015 – Secretary of Defense Ash Carter met with other foreign defense ministers during a visit to NATO Headquarters in Brussels, October 8. During a press conference, he outlined the United States approach in Syria going forward. Secretary Carter is in Belgium to attend the NATO Defense Ministerial as part of a five-day trip to Europe featuring meetings with counterparts in Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
