Friends, family and colleagues gathered at the Fallen Warrior Memorial at Camp Fretterd Military Reservation, near Reisterstown Md., Sept. 20, 2015, for an annual wreath-laying ceremony in honor of the Maryland National Guard Warriors who paid the ultimate price defending freedom. Twelve Citizen Soldiers, whose names are inscribed on the memorial, were remembered in today’s ceremony.
