A Coast Guard Sector San Diego MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew medically evacuates a 24-year-old passenger from the cruise ship Carnival Imagination approximately 50 miles southwest of Point Loma, Calif., Sept. 19, 2015. The passenger was had acute appendicitis like symptoms and was taken to a local San Diego hospital. U.S. Coast Guard video by Sector San Diego.
