℠2015 - Secretary of Defense Ash Carter addressed nearly 5,000 Veterans at the 97th annual American Legion National Convention in Baltimore, Sept. 1. During the event, Secretary Carter thanked veterans for their years of dedication and service and discussed issues concerning national security for the 21st century and plans for the force of the future.
