The U.S. Army's 173rd Airborne Brigade awards the Italian Army's Folgore
Regiment with the American parachutist badge at the Novo Selo Training Area in
Bulgaria on Aug. 27, 2015 to close out Exercise Swift Response 15. Swift Response is a large-scale airborne exercise involving 4,500 troops from 11 NATO nations. The combined force, led by the 173rd Airborne Brigade, also dropped artillery and an additional 150 paratroopers into Tenovo Airfield in Bulgaria.
