An aircrew from Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City, Mich., conducts hoists to dewater a sinking sailboat and medically evacuate a man with chest pains 18 nautical miles east of Alpena, Mich., in Lake Huron.

The crew succeeded in the MEDEVAC and dewatering and the sailboat was safely towed to harbor by Coast Guard surface assets.
