“All the equipment was sourced from 2 MEF and was embarked from Camp Lejeune where we got it here to the port of Bremerhaven, on here we are onloading rail via DB Shanker, where it will go down to Bulgaria in the Novo Selo area in support of the Combined Arms Company.
It’s important for us to be able to move gear like this because it improves communication between our NATO Allies and the readiness of the Marine Corps should we need to bring more gear into a European theater. “

THE ROTATIONAL FORCE WILL REASSURE NATO ALLIES AND PARTNERS WITH IMPROVED ACCESS AND CAPABILITIES.

The Combined Arms Company is comprised of about 160 Marines; they are bringing in indirect fire assets and heavey equipment to include tanks and LAVs.
