U.S. Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro visited the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78) which is moored at Haifa, Israel for a scheduled port visit August 14, 2015. During the visit, Ambassador Shapiro toured the ship and was briefed on its capabilities, and its current mission.
