Aerial surveys of the Mobil tank farm and container yard in the Port of Saipan show leaked fuel in the containment area Aug. 5, 2015, following Typhoon Soudelor. Damage to one of the tanks caused by an impact from a shipping container during the storm reportedly caused the issue. Responders have secured the leak and are working to clean up the spill which remains contained and has not reached the sea. U.S. Coast Guard video by Lt. Charlie Epperson
