℠2015 – The California National Guard, acting upon a request by the California Department of Fire and Forestry Protection (CAL FIRE), deployed to emergency areas across the northern California region to battle wildfires threatening the local area using National Guard helicopters. The aircraft provide water bucket, medical evacuation and personnel and equipment transportation capabilities.
