When new airman arrive to their first duty station, theyre required to take the First Term Airmans Course or FTAC. The course consists of 12 modules and range from character build to Resiliency. In JBER, the resiliency course has been modified in order to make airman more engaged. The way this was done is by including more interactive activities such as a Rope Course, where airman test their courage and strength.
