The 34th Forward Engineer Support Team- Advance, or FEST-A, arrived in Lithuania to conduct a formal technical engineering survey and assess a site's capacity to support the primary functions of a European Activity Set, or EAS, site. This is to support the significant increase in technical engineer requirements generated by EAS. EAS site plans will be produced by the FEST-A to support AMC/USAREUR staff
