The Army Physical Fitness test (APFT) consists of the push-up, sit-up and 2 mile run. Fourteen elite Soldiers are competing to see who will represent the National Guard at the all Army Best Warrior Competition later this fall, one Non Commissioned Officer and one Soldier will win the title after the three day event multi event competition
