4th Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment took time out from their normal physical fitness routine to learn about the rich history of the U.S. Cavalry and Fort Riley. Army Staff Sergeant Noel Gerig was at the event to find out what the Pale Riders thought and why having such events are important. Includes soundbites from Sgt. Eric Coots, section sergeant, Staff Sgt. Odum Smith, B Troop platoon sergeant, and Pfc. Thomas McGehan, C Troop cavalry scout, all with 4th Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment.
