Firefighters maintain their skills by practicing assessing, and extinguishing an interior fire on 13 June 2015 in preparation for exercise Patriot Warrior 2015. Patriot Warrior is a joint exercise designed to demonstrate contingency deployment training ranging from bare base buildup to full operational capabilities. It supports Exercise Global Lightning, a combat service support exercise (CSTX) including Global Medic 15 and Quartermaster Liquid Logistics Exercise 15 (QLLEX).
