CPT Jenna Grassbaugh's husband was killed in Iraq in April 2007 while serving in the
82nd Airborne Division. Seeking change, she left law school and went active duty.
After her own deployment to Iraq, she felt called back to her original path and enroll
once again in Law School through the Army's Funded Legal Assistance Program.
After she completed her degree she was stationed back at Fort Bragg as a part of the
82nd ABN DIV Legal Assistance Team. This year, on May 20, 2015, she attended the
82nd Airborne Division Memorial Ceremony during All American Week not only as
a Gold Star Spouse but as a sponser to another Gold Star family.
