Members of the 437th Airlift Wing conduct a multi-ship C-17 Globemaster III formation 21 May 2015 during CRESCENT REACH 15. This exercise tested and evaluated Joint Base Charleston's ability to launch a large aircraft formation in addition to processing and deploying duty passengers and cargo in response to a simulated crisis abroad. Over 1,400 paratroopers and critical equipment were dropped to simulate a Joint Forcible Entry of the Global Response Force.
