In order to get after Challenge #10_Develop Agile and Adaptive Leaders: We train our leaders on tasks outside of their primary MOS along with ensuring their understanding of the Army’s new training and doctrine concepts. Also, a key component of our leader development program includes a deliberate effort to train as we operate and make operational events into leader development opportunities. What we want is to develop Leaders, Soldiers, and Civilians that can handle the demands of operating in an uncertain environment.
