Emergency Service Crews on Fort Jackson conducted an active shooter and mass casualty exercise at the 81st Regional Support Command Bldg. Crews from Fort Jackson Police, MPI, Fire and EMS worked along side Richland County Sheriff's Dept. and Columbia Fire Dept.
The exercise focused on several specific areas to include mas casualty operations, emergency operation center activation and reporting procedures, emergency responder procedures and family assistance.
