    A run-down of the roles and missions of the crew aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Bluebell, as part of its 70th anniversary of service celebration in Portland, Ore., March 30-April 3, 2015. Homeported in Portland, the crew of the Bluebell services more than 420 aids to navigation, is responsible for more than 500 miles of river and participates in various events throughout their local community.
