The Coast Guard medically evacuated a 56-year-old man from a cruise ship approximately 50 miles southwest of San Diego, March 22, 2015. A Sector San Diego MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew immediately launched, arrived on scene and safely hoisted the man and a nurse from the cruise ship.
