Citizen-soldiers and state agencies participated in Operation Borinqueneer Response in San Juan, Puerto Rico on March 16, 2015. The 22nd WMDCST (Weapons of MassDestruction, Civil Support Team) worked alongside the police and fire department to train for their mission in this operation encompassing national guard units from various states.
