Spc Destiny Charlebois is a combat medic with the Vermont Army National Guard's 131st Engineer Co.. She just returned from a mission at Bargny Senegal where the 131st's commitment to safety left her with no patients. The engineers were working alongside there Senegalese counterparts to construct an humanitarian demining practice range. Senegal is one of Vermont's state partners in the State Partnership Program.
