Approximately 30 Marines and Sailors with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Crisis Response-Africa’s ground combat element conducted a pistol qualification course at Morón Air Base, Spain, Feb. 18, 2015. The training focused on improving the service members’ weapons proficiency as well as aiding their marksmanship score for individual pistol qualification. The unit utilized personnel organic to the GCE to design, instruct, and supervise the training. SPMAGTF-CR-AF is positioned in Spain as a crisis response force for Africa. Interview: Sgt.
