Marine Corps Installations East and Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Deputy Commander Col. Yori Escalante updates Onslow County leaders on the state of the base at the 20th annual State of the Community Breakfast held at the new Onslow County Government Center in Jacksonville, N.C., Feb. 10. Col. Escalante was among a panel of speakers, including city, county and state officials, to speak at the two-hour gathering hosted by the Jacksonville-Onslow Chamber of Commerce.
