U.S. Marines and Sailors hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at Green Beach, Camp Pendleton, Calif., Sept. 3, 2014. The ribbon cutting ceremony was held to present the newly completed 210 LF multi-span steel beam/girder railroad bridge build to replace the existing single track timber trestle bridge at P-159A Operation Access Point. The 50-foot wide Tactical Vehicle Road underneath the bridge provides military tactical vehicles access to San Onofre Beach for training exercises. (U.S. Marine Corps motion media by LCpl. Karla J.
