In a tribute to 9-11, Sgt. 1st Class Jason Manella, visits the World Trade Center memorial to reflect on the event that inspired him to join the military. Manella, an Army Reserve civil affairs specialist assigned to Bravo Company, 445th Civil Affairs Battalion, 351st Civil Affairs Command, is the Army's 2013 NCO of the Year.
