Shooters, representing the Army Reserves and National Guard, the active Army, the U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force, competed to be number one in the 55th Inter-service Pistol Championship June 16-20, 2014. The U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit hosted the competition and won both individual and team championships. The USAMU Blue team won the match for the 9th year in a row. U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Patrick Franks (USAMU) took first place, Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Jonathan Shue (USMC Pistol team) took second place and Sgt. 1st Class Michael Gasser (USAMU) took third place overall for the individual championships. There are interviews by Navy Lt.
