Remarks by Ambassador Samantha Power, U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations, at a Security Council Stakeout on the Central African Republic

This new assistance will address a range of pressing issues facing internally displaced persons and refugees, including health, protection, livelihoods, food distribution, and water and sanitation.
