Wildlife specialists release the first set of rehabilitated birds April 4, 2014, at the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge in Texas, after an oil spill at the Texas City Y on the Houston Ship Channel in March, that spilled nearly 168,000 gallons of heavy fuel oil.
