A Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, Ore., MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew medevaced an injured crewman from the fishing vessel Shirley R, 31 miles west of Grays Harbor, Wash., March 13, 2014.

The fisherman reportedly suffered a fall onboard and had loss consciousness for a short while before regaining consciousness and being medevaced.
