SAN DIEGO – A San Diego-based Coast Guard helicopter crew medically evacuated an ailing 46-year-old crewman from a cruise ship nearly 60 miles southwest of San Diego, Jan. 28, 2014. The cruise ship Carnival Inspiration contacted the Coast Guard just after noon requesting assistance for the crewman experiencing chest pain. U.S. Coast Guard video. No audio.
