Airmen from the 388th Fighter Squadron and the Air Force Reserve 419th Fighter Squadron recently deployed to the Republic of Korea for several months. Pilots, maintainers and operations airmen flew from Hill Air Force Base, Utah to Osan, South Korea. After the theater security package arrival at Osan AB, flightline airmen taxi each f-16 aircraft to a nearby hangar. The 388th must ensure their aircraft are battle-ready and must actively participate in an ongoing base exercise.
