MARBLEHEAD, Ohio - More than two dozen local, state and federal agencies participated in Icy Resolve 2013, a mass rescue full-scale exercise at Coast Guard Station Marblehead, Ohio, Feb. 9, 2013.
The exercise scenario involved a commuter plane crashing onto ice-covered Lake Erie with about 50 people aboard.
