Boaters work to prevent their 15-foot skiff from washing against the rocks of the West Jetty at Hammond Marina in Hammond, Ore., Nov. 27, 2012. A 25-foot response boat crew from Station Cape Disappointment in Ilwaco, Wash., and a 26-foot aids to navigation vessel crew from Astoria, Ore., worked to tow the skiff into Hammond Marina.
