GULF OF MEXICO - A remotely operated vehicle captures footage of a riser pipe located near the vicinity of the Macondo well in the Gulf of Mexico, Oct. 15, 2012. The ROV was launched to determine the source of a surface sheen discovered in September. Video provided by Skandi Neptune.
