CAPE MAY, N.J. - Recruits from Coast Guard Training Center Cape May call "Victory," which is the fourth of five Coast Guard marching cadences nominated for Coast Guard Boot Camp's Top Cadence of 2012. The purpose of the cadence is to reinforce the instruction the recruits receive the Coast Guard's Core Values of Honor, Respect and Devotion to Duty and the Coast Guard Ethos.
