LAPLACE, La. - A Coast Guard Disaster Assistance Response Team medevacs a trucker from Texas along the flooded frontage road near the Interstate Highway 55 underpass in LaPlace, Aug. 31, 2012. The DART assisted the trucker who experienced a respiratory condition while stranded during Tropical Storm Isaac. Video by Petty Officer 2nd Class Bill Colclough.
